Service Description

Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Coaching All coaching plans provide *training programming, guidance, and body management support*. They do *not* include medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or rehabilitation services. Clients should seek medical clearance before starting if they have known health conditions. --- 2. Client Responsibility Clients agree to: - Provide *accurate and complete health and training information* - Follow the prescribed program to the best of their ability - Communicate pain, discomfort, or concerns promptly - Complete required check‑ins on time Coaching effectiveness depends on *consistency and communication*. --- 3. Training & Pain Policy - All training is prescribed using *RPE or similar intensity guidelines* - Training should *never be performed through pain* - Any sharp, persistent, or worsening pain must result in stopping the exercise and notifying the coach immediately The coach reserves the right to modify or pause training for safety reasons. --- 4. Plan‑Specific Conditions Plan C – Online Coaching - Technique assessment is based on video submissions and feedback - Due to the absence of in‑person assessment, *risk cannot be fully eliminated* - Clients with ongoing pain, recent injuries, or limited training experience may be advised to switch to a Hybrid plan --- Plan A & Plan B – Hybrid Coaching - In‑person sessions must be scheduled in advance - Missed in‑person sessions without at least *24 hours’ notice* are forfeited - Sessions must be used within the active billing period unless otherwise agreed --- 5. Communication Policy - Primary communication is via *WhatsApp / email / coaching platform* - Typical response time: *within 24–48 business hours* - This service does not provide emergency or on‑call support --- 6. Program Adjustments Programs are adjusted based on: - Weekly check‑ins - Performance trends - Recovery and fatigue patterns Daily fluctuations do not guarantee immediate program changes. --- 7. Payment & Refund Policy - All plans are billed *monthly* - Payments are *non‑refundable once the program has started* - Plans are *non‑transferable* - Pauses or extensions are not guaranteed and are reviewed case‑by‑case --- 8. Results Disclaimer Results vary based on: - Training adherence - Recovery and sleep - Nutrition, stress, and lifestyle factors No specific outcome or timeline is guaranteed. --- 9.
